1. A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. 
2. The deposit goes towards the total amount. The remainder is due at the time of the appointment.
3. All cancellations must be made via email, text, or phone call at least 48 hours before the appointment. If cancellation is made in less than 48 hours, the client is responsible for the full amount of the service.
4. No-shows will be charged 100 % of their service fee.
5. If a client is more than 15 minutes is considered a no-show and will be responsible for 100% of their service fee.
6. For on-site appointments, the travel fee will be calculated by mileage and must be paid at the time of the appointment.
7. An early morning flat fee of 65 $ will be applied for appointments before 8 am.
